Tony Williams, a Louisville native, is a former University of Louisville Men’s Basketball standout and 10-year European professional player whose career has always been rooted in leadership and community impact. Following his playing career, Tony dedicated himself to education and youth development, working as a teacher for students with learning and behavioral disorders and later serving as head basketball coach at his alma mater, Louisville Doss High School. Under his leadership, Doss secured back-to-back 6th Region titles, consecutive state tournament appearances, and a state runner-up finish. Tony also partnered with organizations such as Louisville Metro Parks, the Mayor’s Office, and the Salvation Army to provide mentorship, sports clinics, and community support programs. Throughout his career, Tony has worked with, trained, and/or coached several college, European, and NBA professionals.

 

In 2018, Tony transitioned into the mortgage industry and now serves with Supreme Lending, helping families and investors across Kentuckiana achieve homeownership and build generational wealth. His dedication to service also extends to entrepreneurship—most notably as the founder of One Touch NIL Group, LLC, launched in 2022 to educate, mentor, and strategically position athletes for sustainable success through Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL) opportunities, financial literacy, and business partnerships. In addition, Tony serves as a Skills & Development Coach at Shoot 360 Louisville, continuing to pour into the next generation of athletes both on and off the court. Today, he blends sports, real estate, financial education, and community networking to create scalable ecosystems that empower athletes, families, and local businesses. Tony is currently licensed as an athlete agent for NIL in multiple states. He and his wife, Tiffany, are proud parents of their three children: Simba, Skylar, and Sage.
