Lauren Muir, LPCC-S
Director of Operations and Mental Performance
About Me
Lauren Muir brings executive-level operational leadership and clinical expertise to One Touch NIL Group. She is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor Supervisor and certified Advanced Sport Psychology Coach through the American Sports & Fitness Association.
As a systems architect, Lauren has built and led high-impact behavioral health infrastructures serving complex, high-performance populations across clinical, educational, and justice settings.
At One Touch, Lauren designs and oversees the operational and mental performance framework that supports elite athletes in the modern NIL landscape. Her work ensures that performance, branding, and identity development are aligned — protecting both athlete wellbeing and long-term market value.
Her expertise spans trauma-informed systems, regulatory governance, risk mitigation, and high-pressure performance environments. She integrates these disciplines to help athletes develop:
-
Emotional regulation under pressure
-
Resilience and recovery after setbacks
-
Leadership capacity and decision-making maturity
-
Identity integration beyond athletics
In an era where public visibility, personal branding, and competition intersect, Lauren ensures athletes are equipped with both mental durability and strategic clarity.
She currently serves on the Kentucky Licensed Professional Clinical Counselors Board, contributing to statewide licensure and ethical oversight. Her leadership philosophy is simple: high performance and mental health are not separate — they are strategic partners.
